Comments: I love you Jill! You touched my life in ways no one ever has. I never would have survived the pain of my mother dying if it werent for you. You shared the pain of my divorce right along with me. You showed me what it meant to be a true friend. I made promises to you that I was unable to fulfill, but Im sure you are aware of my limitations. You gave me back my faith in our Church. You showed me that in times of trial I should lean on my faith rather than hide from it. I wish you could see me now, see the changes in my life , see how I pulled through. See the difference you made! When times get too unbearable, I sit at your grave and feel your spirit comfort me while I cry to you. Within moments, Im refreshed, renewed, and a feeling of peace comes over me. Even now that your beyond the veil, you still bring comfort to my life. I feel I was truely blessed to have you in my life, our time was short, but like Jesus, you accomplished much in such a short time. I know you are with our Heavenly Father now so I try not to cry over you anymore, you are healed, your suffering is done. We talked about "singing flowers in Heaven" from a book we shared. We wondered what it would be like. I no longer wonder, I remember your voice and know what a singing flower would sound like. I love you Jill,Me

Comments: Dear Jill, Well it's not your birthday, nor your wedding anniversery,it's not even close to the time we met two years ago. It's justanother ordinary Saturday in July where I decided it was timeto look at your web page. As you know, I've always been late in doing things.Procrastination has always been one of my weaknesses. And cause of that procrastinationI've always felt a certain guilt waiting for you to get better so we could do things together. But you somehow eased that guilt in me one blustering morning inNovember with this poem that just sort of popped in my head. "WHEN JILL GETS BETTER"When Jill gets better, I'll give her a call to see if she wants a visator. When Jill gets better I'll ask to lunch and a few hours of shopping. When Jill gets better I'll have a slumber party with her closets friends and watch crony movies and eat junk till we all POP!When Jill gets better, her friends and I will take her karoke just to listen to her sing. When Jill gets better, we'll all have a big campout were we'll celebrater her health. When Jill gets better. When Jill gets better. When Jill got better she was welcomed by her ansestores her shared her relief. When Jill got better she sat down with heavenly beings who were once human to share stories fo their adventures on Earth. When Jill got better she partook in an elaborate feast to celbrate her recovery. When Jill got better her heavenly Father took her in his arms and said, "Well done good and faithful servant welcome too your home.Thank You JillLove Andrea

Comments: I just found Jill'y homepage as I was looking for survivors of leukemia. My son was diagnosed Dec 4, 1996. He is 26. He turned 26 during his induction. Right now he is in remission and we are praying daily. His only sibling was not a match. Todd has only been home from the Peace Corps for a year and a half, just starting a new job and had found someone he thought he might spend the rest of his life with. He has not only had to cope with the disease, but a board of directors at his job who want him out because of the leukemia and his girlfriend does not think she wants to be with someone dealing with leukemia. My heart goes out to my son, I would surly give my life if it would save his. Thank you for your beautiful tribute to Jilly, may God bless and keep you.

Comments: Happy Birthday, Jill. I miss you so very much. I was sitting here thinking of last years bday party at Sea Dragon. You were so cute. Showing Cyndi and I your chia hair. And even though you were so very tired (we could tell) you kept on singing. And you were so worried about all of us. I really admire you, Jill. You were so very wonderful to everyone in your life. I always felt guilty for saying mylife was stressful or I was having problems, around you. As you ALWAYS wanted to know what was up so you could help me.But I never would tell you:) No matter how you pressed, because seeing you online joking made me realize my stresseswere NOTHING. Truly. How I miss you so. You will always be dear to me. Always. my problems.

Comments: WebBMT Support is a website dedicated to bring people like you and me together to share our triumphs and at times tragedies. Together our stories can be of inspration and understanding to the complexiness of the disease our bodies somehow became a host to. You won't find a whole lot of medical links here ( thoughthere are some). Just people, thier families & friends gathering in a cirle of friendship and support. I have added your link that was submitted to my site. Please add mine to yours. See my website for ideas.

Comments: Jilly was the best friend a person could ever ask for. The past few months, without her, have been hard. And here we are approaching her birthday, the first without her presence here on earth with us. I talk to Jilly all the time.. I wonder if people think that I am a nut while driving down the road and watching my mouth move. They are probably thinking, "she is just talking to herself". Sure, I probably am, sometimes.. But most of the time, I find myself talking to Jill.. She was the person whom to which I owe my life to, today. She was there when I thought the world was ending... I was dying.. My boyfriend left me... I didn't know why I was there... And here she was, also dying.. BUT she just thought of me... Sure there were times when I got to repay the favor, but for the most part, Jill was the strength that I never had.. SHe was a wonderful person to talk to.. She always had a positive word to tell me. And no matter how bad she felt or how horrible things were going with her.. she was always there to volunteer herself to help me.. SHe was wonderful.. She still is.. She will always be in my heart.. always in my soul. I will probably always talk to her.. I overcame my illness. I have God to thank for that and I have Him to thank for letting me meet Jill. She saved my life in more ways than one. Thank You Jill Happy Birthday, honey! I love you I miss you

Comments: My condolences to her family. My wife suffered through chemo treatments from March, 1994 through August, 1994 for Hodgkin's Disease. She is now in remission and pregmant with our second child. She developed a rash in September, 1993 that would not go away with over-the-counter medication. She went to a doctor for diagnosis. The diagnosis was nothing compared to the cure. I know Jilly's family and friends went through hell with her. I, like them, live through it just once, perpetually.

Comments: I am a potential donor with the NMDP. I matched 6/6 with a 32-year old man with leukemia. However, he was fortunate enough to have more than one match and another donor matched better at the final level of testing. There is not a doubt in my mind that I would not donate marrow to someone in need. I have been blessed with good health--the greatest blessing of all! If I can help someone else live, then what better deed is there?I am deeply touched by this Web Page. I often surf in. Jilly was a beautiful woman and through this page she lives on!

Comments: Hi Gerry, Pat, Mark, Kory and all family and friends of Jill. Finally found my way to your guestbook Jill and am so thankful to be here. What incredible people you touched, did you ever realize it would be possible to have such an impact? Most of us don't. I think that is the humble traits that God gives us. Jill, you continue to be with me everyday. I think of you when I am training, whether inside in the nice warm comfort of the fitness center or outside in the cold, you are always with me. We're going to have a great time in Honolulu this Sunday at the marathon. I've got your picture on a chain so you can cross the finish line with me. Jackie will be there to meet us, won't that be great. Thanks Jill for being who you were to so many of us and thank you for being to me what you still are..........an inspiration. I miss you! P.S. The Team in Training raised $190,000.00 for the LeukemiaSociety and 45 of us are on our way to Hawaii for themarathon this Friday.
